Ferge Auctions & Realty, LLC is a family-owned and operated business located in Whiteville, TN.
Owner, Bailey Ferge Jr. started into the Auction business January 1985 with 10 years of prior Auction experience. Later in the business he became a Real Estate Broker to provide Real Estate Auctions along with personal listings. Also, he is a certified personal property appraiser in all 48 states.
About Bailey Ferge
Owner, Bailey Ferge Jr. started into the Auction business January 1985 with 10 years of prior Auction experience. Later in the business he became a Real Estate Broker to provide Real Estate Auctions along with personal listings in TN & MS. Also, he is a certified personal property appraiser in all 48 states.
Bailey became a trailer dealer in 1993 for Gooseneck Trailers and has since grown to several other manufacturers.
He has served his hometown, Fayette County and the surrounding areas over 35 years, he is dedicated, professional, motivated and driven to contribute to the companies success. Proven ability to meet and exceed company goals using effective communication and problem solving skills. In his down time he likes to tend to his cows and spend time with family and friends.
About Richard "Dick" Croddard
Dick grew up on the 19,000-acre Ames Plantation in west Tennessee where he developed his love for farming, livestock, hunting and fishing. Dick graduated from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1970. He practiced veterinary medicine in Somerville, Tennessee for 29 years.
His practice covered west Tennessee, north Mississippi and eastern Arkansas. After retiring from practice, Dick was employed as a field veterinarian by the United States Department of Agriculture for 20 years.
Dick is an avid turkey and deer hunter. He and his wife Vallie, also a veterinarian, reside in Laconia, Tn. Dick is a licensed broker in Mississippi and an affiliate broker in Tennessee. “Doc” would love to use his knowledge of agriculture and wildlife to help you find your home, recreational, or investment property.
